Efficiency born of experience, trusted by NSW Police

Since our inception in 2000, our combined expertise and performance has seen APT Transcriptions become the leading service provider for high-quality transcription in NSW.
In addition to other legal and government clients, over four successive contracts, we have grown to produce 60% of all transcripts currently required by NSW police.
It takes time and experienced management to consistently deliver at this scale.
We are proud of the secure and efficient audio delivery processes and IT systems we have developed. This allows us to be confident in our ability to outperform expectations, even with our most fastidious legal and corporate clients.
We now offer those same exacting standards to a growing list of legal, medical and corporate clients.
You can’t scale high quality, high-security transcription without the right people.
