Confirmation of your order and delivery date
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. The estimated return date will also be provided.
Step 3
Completed transcript and invoice
Depending on account arrangements whether an E-invoice will be sent for payment or an account for payment as per agreed client terms. The transcript will be returned via email once payment is received or as agreed.

How do I order a transcript?
Go to the home page and click on either request a quote or order a transcript and fill in your information. You can upload your digital file for transcription.
How much does a transcript cost?
The cost of a transcript depends on the length of the digital file. Another factor impacting price is the time frame required to complete the transcript. Our standard turnaround is 5 working days. If you require an urgent transcript, the cost will be more and will depend on our current workload if we can achieve this for you. To obtain an exact quote you will need to know the length of the digital file and when you require it. One hour of digital file can be delivered regularly in a 5-day turnaround. Please use our contact page to obtain a quote if required.
Can my digital file be emailed to you?
Depending on the size of the digital file it may be able to be emailed. It will also depend on your security requirements.
How long does it take to receive my transcript?
Standard turnaround is 5 days. If your digital file is longer than 4 hours, more time may be need complete your request.
How do I pay for the transcript?
Upon completion of your transcript, an e-invoice will be emailed to you with a link for payment via credit card. Some existing clients have account payments in place.
